- hey friends, here is a little week in my life at our home in FL :) with August already here, I am really prioritizing getting the most out of summer days: sunrise & sunset swims, going to natural springs, our first community meetup, etc. SO FUN!

Malk (I think that’s what it’s called) is way better. Just organic almonds. Filtered water and vanilla bean. But raw milk is the best 😉
Ah I know I wish I could get on the raw milk train- my hubby drinks it, I'm just so scared of it upsetting my stomach like regular milk does! But I think I will try incorporating it into my diet soon!! I have researched all the awesome benefits
