Man, I have mad respect for these long villager hunts. I got all the amiibo cards during the new leaf era, and as soon as the new ones came out I got those too. I do full odds shiny pokemon hunts, but villager hunts seem truly painful.
I know koramora did this, but i think you should make a chart of a villager you saw on your Lily hunt, and then show all the villagers you did not find

So I read somewhere that the game actually reserves a random handful (not sure how many) of villagers to be the ones who autofill your lots. They will autofill in order of the "list". Whilst on this list, these villagers cannot be found elsewhere (ie not on Nook Islands or campsites). This is why if you notice, all your autofills weren't found even once on the islands during your hunt. I honestly think that given your track record, its possible Lily is on this autofill list, so maybe if you keep autofilling, she will show up eventually?? If not, you maam have the worst luck ive ever seen in a villager hunt 🤣
The lily shrine had me cracking up but like come on lily just come home to Raven. Also to summon lily you should customize a squishmallow to look lily.
Villager hunting is a lot like shiny hunting in Pokémon. Its all up to RNG but with Pokémon you can at least raise your chances of getting a shiny but you can't really do anything like that in Animal Crossing. I can feel the pain honestly... this is just like hunting for a specific shiny and spending FOREVER getting it but either you never get it or it took a long ass time. When it takes super long for me to get a shiny I start to have second thoughts and rethink everything. It feels amazing when you finally get it but my god it sucks when it takes so long 😪 I hope you get Lily soon although idk why she's not showing up at all. Maybe she's in your queue or something? I forgot how that stuff works but I believe if a villager is in your queue they can't show up on the mystery islands at all

One of the reasons why you've had a hard time finding lily is because the chance of finding the frog or squirrel you want is 0.16% or a 1 in 630 chance if you don't like percentages and yes I looked at a video to learn this

There isn’t a rarity system, the game randomizes a species and then randomizes a villager from that species for the island to have
