I'm so glad to see that you're eating meat again! Did you know that vegan & vegetarians run the risk of suffering from low stomach acid? LOOK it up! And it is kind of a "suffering" because it can cause a lot of health problems from not being able to absorb the "healthy" diet. Strange right, because typically people do it to be healthy (ex. stomach problems, bloating, is a big one especially among high raw veggies vegans) & bathroom 5-6x/a day is not good sign of healthy digestion js). Eating meat helps you stimulate healthy levels of stomach acid because you need it to digest the meat. But still high raw fruits and raw & cooked veggies is still really important... Wholegrains (soaked) for lots of fiber & to get protein from different sources too! Lol So much information, it's just balance.
Anyways, good job doing everything you need to do for the light at the end of the tunnel! I know it can be hard. Hopefully you get your "light at end" by holding two healthy, crying babies. Even if something can go wrong...don't have anxiety that it will go wrong bcuz you know you're doing everything your supposed to do ~in that moment~ (stay in the moment) and that's all you can do plus pray. 🙂

I’m not pregnant, but I am in eating disorder recovery and really appreciate this video! The fact that you ate leftovers after lunch was such a good example of intuitive eating and having a healthy relationship with food. Keep fueling your body and fueling those babies 💕

I always forget stuff too! I forget even less though I use grocery pickup and I add things to my Google Home shopping list as I need them.

I’m pregnant with my second set of twins due in July as well! I haven’t been nauseous but I have a hard time wanting food. This gave me some good ideas so thanks! You are doing a great job fueling your body! Alessi will be such a good big sis!

The best way to grocery shop is online and then do delivery or curbside pickup. I started avoiding grocery stores last March due to covid and I may never return. Most stores have great websites and I find I never forget anything and I never impulse shop like I do when I shop in person. It saves time as well. I should think it would be a great help for a person pregnant with twins!

You know, the best thing about your channel is that both of you present a realistic view of life stuff, which most people in the US and abroad can identify with. Albeit the Bachelor Nation stuff is cool, it has really become a side dish to the main course of your true life. No disrespect to the shows producers, network, and of course Chris Harrison. . Moreover, ARIE, regardless of the backlash you took from the show and the, "you know"? You can get sensory covers for your lights. Or dimmer switches on ones in your main living areas. I would also say if you have to, use lighting from lamps that you can adjust. It might be inconvenient for a while, but it could help with your headaches. You all look amazing and healthy.

This took me back! In my twin pregnancy my extreme hunger was the first hint that maybe I was having twins - I could eat a whole garlic bread an hour before dinner and then still eat dinner!! And wake in the middle of the night and stuff rice crackers in my mouth while still laying down nauseous from the hunger haha. Particularly towards the end of my pregnancy bananas were my go-to in the middle of the night too. All the best, twin pregnancy and parenting is intense for sure but such an amazingly special blessing!!

Hey Lauren & Arie, I am horrible about forgetting things at the store, I downloaded the AnyList app and it is SUPER helpful. You can even import recipes into the app and then put the items on your grocery list. I hope this helps! Lauren, hope your headaches get better.
Another great video, one of your best I think. Lauren has amazing skin and is so pretty maybe even more so without makeup. I can tell it is due to how healthy you guys eat. I am not really into kids but still love watching you guys. So glad you are happy. I was so upset at the end of your season but Arnie made it right after, even if it was a little late. Lauren: I suffered from migraines before pregnancy. My doctor told me to take Magnesium, COQ10, and vitamin B. It helps so much!! And my doctor said it’s safe for pregnancy

Lauren send him on late night runs to grocery store for cravings because at 1st after babies are here he will need to be pretty quick when grocery shopping so he can get back to help you with the kiddos. 2 Parents / 3 Kiddos !

I just watch The Bachelor and now I found your youtube channel and I am obsessed with yall's videos. I recommend trying a smoothie that I make it has milk, banana, white sugar if you want to be sweeter, a little bit of ground cinammon, and some chocolate powder, and finally you just blend!!! 😌😁

I had migraines my entire first trimester/second trimester. Peppermint oil on the back of your neck and in your temples. Knocked it out every time$
