My favorite draft strategy is getting into draft rooms where everyone lets the best pick fall.
I have a lineup and it’s still active where player 12 picked hurts then 9 RBs in a row.
If that can go thru I can only imagine what draft rooms the winners of these tournaments actually have.

I did exactly what you mentioned here last year on my way to another championship.
My draft went WR, QB, RB, RB, WR, TE, then filled in the rest of my spots.
The team was loaded with Diggs, Lamar, Walker, Evans, Hockenson, and I picked up Mostert and Nico in the 9th and 13th!
This year, I'm targeting Murray, Chase, Nacua, King Henry, Mixon, and Pitts if I can't get Kelce, with Pickens, Stevenson, Zeke, and Jameson Williams as mid/late round sleepers.
I'm hoping for pick #6 in a 12 team league because I can probably get everything I want there.

Last year I ran all these strategies and more through a simulation program I created, using ADP data from 2017 to 2023. The bottom line is that over the long haul, no one strategy is superior to another, assuming all strategies are reasonably grounded in logic, because there are simply too many unpredictable variables, injuries being first and foremost among them. I’m not saying don’t use a strategy. By all means, find one you like and use it. But don’t waste your time searching for the Holy Grail of Fantasy Football; it doesn’t exist.

It’s also determined by your league requirements my league starts 1Rb 1Wr 3 flex in this setup u absolutely want Wrs in your flex spot

Why do you absolutely want WRs in your flex?

In full PPR once u get outside of top 8Rb Wr score more points than Rb

Multiple flex spots def make a difference and with only having to start 1 Rb wr gain more value imo

@@Ravens752003 we've broken down all the math in the past... The difference is really not that much.... And with RBs you get guaranteed weekly touches.... Plus they aren't reliant on another players performance like WRs are with QBs....
      For example....
Let's just say you have DK Metcalf... If Geno goes down then Metcalf takes a hit... But Kenneth Walker doesn't.
I love to have a stud WR early.... But after that let me stack up RBs who get volume since the WR position is so deep

I def get what u saying but I also think the wkly overall touches thing is overstated. If you look at let’s say top 20 at each position and you look at how Many successful scoring wks they have even with the RBs guranteed volume they still don’t have more top positional finishes than the Wr position. I Will say I def agree that Qb is a huge piece that u have to have

I can't do a zero draft. My FOMO and lack of impulse control won't allow it. Always teired, and best value.

What's the point if you draft same Qb? Same TE?
The whole point is to get better at those positions if doing ZERO RB or WR.
