Barfie, time your defensive headers. Look at 15:43, you power up the headers so long before it comes to the player. Time it so that when u power up to header it, it’s when the ball is very close. This will boost ur success rate with any centerback or fullback. And it’ll help cut down on all the headed goals u concede.
