That kitchen layout is perfect!! The vent for the cook top is a downdraft system, you push that little square button on the corner and the vent pops out.
For a flip. They really didn’t improve on the layout. It looks like a maze with lots of dead ends. So much potential on the master bathroom and they ruin it :(
