Those are two different productions. They have nothing to do with each other. I get what your saying and how fucked up the Ellen still has a platform but these is two different productions. They cancelled Wild n out after nick got fired by production. Ellen is not going to get fired from the Ellen show her ratings are lower but still strong so she’s still being the production team money as much as they complain they are not about to fire the one who’s bringing them money if anything she’s going to have to resign. Nick cannon was fired and they thought they were still going to have a show however not only did nick end up leaving but the majority of the main stars of the show weren’t fucking with the show cuz they said they also had issues with production team. Also 85 south was taking off for Chico, karlos, and dc young fly tbh with u wild n out being canceled ended up helping them blow up during quarantine.
Like you see how your broad comparison has nothing to do with each other? Shouldn’t even be compared. Two diff productions. Two diff situations going on behind closed doors. Ellen won’t get fired she pretty much owns her production team. Nick cannon got fired because vh1 wanted to own him n I don’t think they realized how much of a backlash to the show it was going to be by getting rid of him and other cast mates and trying to replace them bruh. I truly believe they thought they was going to have the same fan base without him or the other OGs. Ellen’s production team ain’t about to take that risk with they jobs.
