If you have time, Dari, please add "Miracle on 34th Street" (the 1994 version) to your list of must-see Christmas movie recommendations. The entire film takes place in NYC starting with the Thanksgiving Day parade, and is every bit of heartwarming and funny you could possibly want in a Christmas movie. It even features a Russian-speaking Santa Claus, how's that for a tease?😀This movie doesn't get quite the recognition or fanfare of some other Christmas titles, which I think is a pity because it's a childhood favorite of mine that I still enjoy coming back to watch over and over again especially at Christmas.

One of my favorite Christmas stories is The Shepherd by Frederick Forsyth, who is best known for his thrillers like The Day of the Jackal and The Odessa File. It was originally a gift to his wife, who requested a ghost story. Now a short 2023 film on Disney+ (but I still recommend reading the book even over the movie). Thank you for the neighborhood tour. Congratulations on all As and especially on Accounting! That street looks beautiful in Brooklyn. Reminds me of when I was little and my parents would drive around and let us look at Christmas lights. I love that movie The Holiday. I also like to watch Elf at Christmas. Zoey Deschanel sings so beautifully and I just love that silly movie. You should check it out.
