The 4-beat melody loop is (I believe) a remixed interpolation (recreated sample) of “Turtle Power” by Partners in Kryme, made for the 1990 Turtles movie. The original rap duo, however, stopped making music in 2015, so I suppose they only cleared the sample for the movie :/
