I just finished Jennette's book. This should've been HER show man. She deserved it. It's wild watching this knowing what I know now.
What happened. I didn’t read the book. Can you give me a small quick summary of why it should’ve been her show and what happened?
@@lattelatte-bu2yeWell her mother encouraged bulimia (eating disorder) and forced jennette to act. Jennette also was jealous of Ariana playing Cat because they said it was gonna be her show. n she had a lot that she stressed over.
@@lattelatte-bu2ye This wasn’t initially planned to be a crossover show. It was originally only going to be about Sam. After ICarly ended, they were throwing around ideas for spin-offs and one of them was a spinoff show about Sam. But during pre-production and development, Victorious unexpectedly ended up getting cancelled. Because of that, they then added Cat to the show

They were losing their kid audiences (ages 3-11) so they cancelled their teen shows and added Cat, the character kids liked, to Sam’s show, which now involves babysitting, thus having an excuse to have the show focus on kids.
I always thought that they were initially going to have Gibby get his own show, but they decided to have Sam be the main focus instead.
