This whole Sidequest reminds me of this episode from Sitcom I used to watch called Drake and Josh. It’s the Episode where Drake and Josh turn their house into a Hotel, but it goes a step further when College Kids show up and start partying. Drake and Josh eventually get everyone to leave by gassing the house.
