This is so cruel and insensitive. My great great grandfather passed away from a botox deficiency in 1889, and I still miss him like crazy. My heart goes out to this poor man and his young daughter that definitely exists. 😭
The investment scammers tend to avoid calls. If you want to get into a call with them I usually pretend to have a ton of money to invest then I tell them I need my grandfathers permission. If they say they can answer any questions through text tell them that your grandfather is an old school guy and needs to talk to a person . They usually call you at that point . I have done that twice to them and then annoyed them .

After that, mother developed type 2 diabetes, became bedbound, and there was no money for proper medical care, and she died a few years later. Watching you do these things is the closest thing to justice I know her family deserves.

just a moment ago i got out of bed and heard my mom was on a call with someone and it immediately rubbed me the wrong way, said that she was trying to get amazon help because she couldnt log in(she just messed up and didnt try again) well she told me she had to go to the nearest pharmacy and had to stay on call with the guy so i was like.. this sounds VERY ODDLY FAMILIAR.. i listened to the call while my parents were away just to see if he said anything and in the background i heard "bank of america" another red flag.. i texted her after she left IF THEY ASK FOR GIFT CARDS ITS A SCAM and sure enough it was. im so glad ive been here watching all of these because this is the first experience ive had like this and just saved my mom the trouble of dealing with these sickos. thank you
Kitboga definitely don’t need to pay for any acting lessons! His Improvisation skill is epic how he does the switching between different characters on the fly that’s amazing! He can easily be a movie actor or a ventriloquist (different characters) or become a voice actor besides what he already does very well! Talent!!

He told us a story about an issue he was having with his bank, which turned out to be a scam. Poor guy lost $500 that he won’t get back, but luckily his daughter caught him before he could give another $1200. He still seemed confused about the whole thing, thinking the callers had too much info about his account to not be real. But because of your channel, I was able to sit with him and explain how scammers target their victims, what their goals are, how to identify one, and where to go for help. Couldn’t have helped him without you man

Right on! this one hits home for me. My wife fell for a very similar FB Messenger scam to the tune of $4K. It turns out that one day, she went "shopping" for gift cards. It sure raised my eyebrows when I looked at our bank account the following day and noticed we were suddenly $4K short! That SOB was even asking ME to participate and send money after I found out about this! We both learned some expensive lessons and obviously we're more careful about who gets our money. Watching this channel is entertaining good and educational therapy, because these scammers are getting paid back. I don't hate many things but this is an exception. Keep up the good work. I'll be watching and learning. GO GET EM!

I sell life insurance and was doing an application for her and we started talking and she told me about being scammed. She was so ashamed that she lost all her money she was leaving for her son. I felt so bad. It was crazy for me because I always listen to u and to hear it happen to a real person blew me away. I felt so bad for her

i remember falling for a fake romance scammer on skype when i was like 19, just seemed like a chill girl i met on a game, send me unsolicited and obviously not their own nudes and got extremely angry i didn't send back. kinda realized at that point what they were trying but damn, can't imagine being that devoid of empathy

I realize that as a 30-ish adult, I was scammed. I went on several dates in person with an individual who tried to convince me to invest in CELO and sign up for a site to mine it. They even gifted me coins. The price has fallen to 10% of the value. Luckily it was only ~$200 but I recognize the scam now. It was still a big hit as a grad student making very little money. I’m an amateur programmer (10+ years) but I thought I knew better. It can happen to anyone. Thank you Kit for your work.

Catfish scammers have been around a lot longer than these IRS and customer support scammers. It's probably the easiest scam to pull off, considering the other ones don't make any sense at all. I don't get how they scam anyone.

I’m glad you are covering this problem in the US. Even Chris Hansen has been trying to make people aware of how this is going on. It’s becoming a serious problem, especially since these people are in other countries and it’s hard to find them and charge them for these awful crimes. Keep spreading awareness! More people need to know that this extortion is going on and we need to put an end to it. Kids are offing themselves because of these evil people and it’s so sad.

I watch u all the time and I actually just met an old lady who was scammed for 71k. I sell life insurance and was doing an application for her and we started talking and she told me about being scammed. She was so ashamed that she lost all her money she was leaving for her son. I felt so bad. It was crazy for me because I always listen to u and to hear it happen to a real person blew me away. I felt so bad for her

I have been a kitboga fan for years and I am Nigerian and it's wild hearing a Nigerian scammer today different from the usual Indian scammer. Such a shame from the scammer. Keep exposing them!

i remember falling for a fake romance scammer on skype when i was like 19, just seemed like a chill girl i met on a game, send me unsolicited and obviously not their own nudes and got extremely angry i didn't send back. kinda realized at that point what they were trying but damn, can't imagine being that devoid of empathy
the skill this guy has in doing different impressions and holding an entire conversation as different people while coming up with ideas on the fly and everything is fantastic , not even mentioning the technical effort he puts into this work. You are amazing mate, keep up the great work 🚀🚀👏👏

I realize that as a 30-ish adult, I was scammed. I went on several dates in person with an individual who tried to convince me to invest in CELO and sign up for a site to mine it. They even gifted me coins. The price has fallen to 10% of the value. Luckily it was only ~$200 but I recognize the scam now. It was still a big hit as a grad student making very little money.

Seems like it's somewhat common. They'll use whatever tactics they think will work to siphon money out of their victims. These scammers are absolutely without morals.

Catfish scammers have been around a lot longer than these IRS and customer support scammers. It's probably the easiest scam to pull off, considering the other ones don't make any sense at all. I don't get how they scam anyone.

When the scammer starts with "Listen, listen, listen!" it made me think of Hoax Hotel. He scam baits the Jamaican and Nigerian scammers, and that's their usual "I'm getting fed up with you wasting my time!" response.

I’m glad you are covering this problem in the US. Even Chris Hansen has been trying to make people aware of how this is going on. It’s becoming a serious problem, especially since these people are in other countries and it’s hard to find them and charge them for these awful crimes. Keep spreading awareness! More people need to know that this extortion is going on and we need to put an end to it. Kids are offing themselves because of these evil people and it’s so sad.
