I'm starting to see some people talk about older but high thread count xeons doing really good too like the 2650 v4. Its literally 6 dollars on ebay right now lol. Duel socket mobo's are like 100 and they get something like 5000 h/s on XMR each. Can't find and numbers for power draw though.
is your elec really free or you have solar panels? cause in case its not free and you're losing the electricity unused that the government should pay back to you. now i dont know what country you're in and if your country pays back solar panels excess electricity.
idk if you've looked at betterhash, it gave near the numbers you've got but i agree that between your numbers and betterhash and nice hash it really all over the place like 5-10% on every cpu
what do you think about the r5 7600 or r9 7900 mining monero? I avoid using the x series because they are hot, powerhungry and expensive btw my gpu is an rtx 4080
There is no powerful motherboards for Xeon intel. All boards have 145W TDP, which is not enough and Xeon cpus does not operate at full power. There is no boards for it at all. But they are cheap, and you can short the resistors which are in the middle of cpu socket on a board, and system should ignore TDP limiter mechanism. May be need to short resistors on cpu as well.
I'm gonna have to challenge your results on the 5900x. I was getting 13.5kh on monero for just 125w. You need to work on those settings man, from what I can see
Yeah the 5800X3D is an interesting one because it profits over $0.40 cents according to nicehash calculator as of right now yet its cheaper than the ryzen 9 chips

This is an almost 2 years old video trying to help people find out what the best CPU for mining was at that point in time. Not a video to list the mining performance of every CPU in existence. But with free electricity everything is profitable so if you already have the hardware, go for it. 👍

Found 3900x,3950x,5950x almost all same price about $500. I have free elec, so I guess 5950x is the best for mining

ive heard some get 18kh with the 5950x not sure how stable it was though

3700x is the only cpu other then 3900x and 7950x food for mining only 65w consumption you can easy to bring it down to 50w
