Oh my poor Sadie…it was the third of July, still light outside and someone started shooting off fireworks close to us. She is still a little scared about evening trips outside 🤦♀️ I love using the happy planner stickers in my training calendar journals ❤ also never fear…I have bunions too! 😅
Any advice on bunion relief would be welcome!!!! Poor little Sadie, hope she starts enjoying her evenings again real soon!
@@RunRunRosie oh one thing I was going to say I do, and this isn’t necessarily just for bunions, but finding a good espon salt foot soak. It might just be a placebo effect lol but it feels so nice! And a lot of the time I will follow the heat from the soak with icing (mostly I ice cup massage mine 👍)
