I enjoyed this review. Hit the important parts of the bag and kept it about the product only. Nice short video. I plan on buying the 2022 bag after watching.
The putter hole is awesome . I’ve got a suction cup on my putter and fits with ease. I bought this bag to replace my Sun Mountain C130 bag that’s about 15 years old and still in great condition but I really like the improvements on this new bag and it’s about 21/2 pounds lighter than my old bag….👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
yup the 23 is still the same way with the putter slot. Im always snagging the lip as im pulling the putter out. it is a minor inconvenience for a great bag
You don’t need to use the cart strap if you use the bags Velcro straps they are the greatest invention on a cart bag ever. I’ve had at least 7 in the past years love them. My only complaint (are you listening Sun Mnt) the rubber nubbies on the putter well when they get old and break down the get like greasy. Change to something different that doesn’t breakdown due to ultraviolet.
Have the older version and the bag is great other then the putter getting caught on the lip of the bag when taking it out. Was hoping they would have fixed that issue by now
Thank you for the video. I was going to buy the same and will do. Could you please let me know where you got the club covers. They match the bag. Thank you
Hey….I got them awhile ago off of Amazon or eBay. Just go to the search on Amazon and eBay and type in orange golf iron covers and some different brands will come up like these. They are a off brand but have held up really well. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
Is that a Flatso or Fatso putter grip? My C130 from about 2010 is terrible with the Fatso grip. Had to get a clip to hold my putter during a round. Beyond time for a new bag and trending toward a new C130…hoping they made that club well larger.
It is the flatso 2.0. The well is plenty large but it does catch on the grip. It needs to be flared out more instead of flat inside the bag. Overall though it is not a deal breaker. The bag is still holding up well and I do not regret the purchase. Thanks for watching.
Yes they do. They keep the club grips separated well, to include oversized grips. The only hiccup with the bag is the putter well in the front. If you have a oversized putter grip it will catch on the lip as shown in the video. It’s not bad but is the only “flaw” I have encountered with it so far. At this point I would buy it again. Thanks for watching and if you have any other questions let me know!
I have a “shorts” video on my channel where I attached it to my Caddytek cart. If you like you can check it out. It fit on there ok. It will work for sure but may vary for different carts. I rarely use a push cart so I can’t give you a on course review.
No I haven’t had that happen at all. This is a great bag and I have no complaints with it. Still going strong and holding up well. Thanks for watching!
Reel dazed, how is the bag holding up for you now? Any material wear yet? And does it take up a lot of room on the cart with another players bag next to it? It looks on the bulky side!! Thinking about buying one but need these answers first. Thanks!
It is holding up well. I have no signs of wear and have used it quite a bit. I have had no issues with it being bulky on a cart when playing with someone else. It fits on a cart with another bag with no problem. It also fits in the trunk of my vehicle without a problem either. I still love the bag and have had zero issues with it. Thanks!
@@reeldazed539 I've done extensive research on so many brands and features that my head's spinning. Your bag keeps popping up as a great choice from lots of ppl. The price is very competitive, too. I've come to the conclusion that anything better will cost 200.00 more or higher, so it's a no brainer. Play well!!
It’s not letting me attach a link. Anyway the brand is called Tee Keeper so you can do a search to find the Best Buy. I did a quick check and Amazon is current out. If you search on eBay there are a few sellers on there. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
Can't you just re arrange your clubs by swapping your wedges spot for the driver & woods putting them closer to the putter while on push cart? So that the irons and Wedges won't hit the shafts. The longer clubs up top
It should not be a problem at all. I tested it with a golf pride cp2 jumbo I had. It worked with zero resistance. I do not believe it will be an issue with any normal oversized grip. Thanks!
There is a opening on the right side of the bag made for the umbrella. It is basically a opening with a sleeve that goes the length of the large compartment on that side. I haven’t used it but it looks as though it would work well. Thanks!
I have not had any issues with it so far. It stands on its own and does not tip over at all. One of my other bags tips and I rarely use it for that reason. This bag is solid, you can actually bump it and it will stay upright.
@@vicgeier8849 I have my own riding cart so once it’s strapped in its in for good. If I was going to take it out or travel I would definitely have a stand bag for the convenience of it.
I found that older ones were fairly prone to fall over. The newer ones, 2018 and newer I think have a slightly larger base - and they don't fall over for me - but if there is too much in the front pockets (2-3 dozen balls), and you don't have enough weight in the rear of the bag - it can fall forward. I actually have a clip where I stand it in the garage which attaches it so it can't fall over --- I use that for the C130 bag or when I am using one of my other bags.
No I have been playing awhile…….Pretty certain most people put their long clubs in the back closest to the strap hence the putter well in the front. Anyway it’s what I am comfortable with and to each his own. Thanks for watching.
This is my setup for a riding cart not a push cart. I see your point on the push cart in my other video not this one. That would definitely be the way to go when pushing. Thanks.
@@reeldazed539 Not to mention, if you set it up that way for a push cart, your irons would be hitting against your driver and fairway wood graphite shafts and chipping them.
Cooler pocket is left lower, has two drain holes as well for water/ice to dry out
You are absolutely right. I completely missed it! Thank you!
Thx! That was a game changer for me LOL
Thank you for spending the extra time going over the 14 way divider.
No problem. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching!
I liked your reply about only using iron head covers off the course, that’s a good idea!

Yes. It is definitely a great bag. One of the best I have had.
Great in-depth review. Massive help. Just ordered the same bag.
I think you will like it. I’m still happy with it and use it often. Thanks for watching.

It is a definitely a minor design flaw but I agree it is a great golf bag that is holding up well.

Great advice and nice recommendation. Thanks for watching!
Not sure how long you've had a Sun tn bag - how are they for fading?
No way I’d trust those Velcro straps alone to hold my bag on a cart.
Great review. Gonna get this for my dad.
Thanks! He will love it.

Yeah, would be nice if the curved the corners some to take that edge off where it catches. It is still a great bag though. Thanks for watching!

I’ve got jumbo grips and they fit just fine on this bag… this guy is nit picking the heck out of this bag. I feel sorry for his wife…😭😭😭😭
Especially as he's always getting snagged on a lip when pulling out
Same. Lol I have jumbo on all of mine and a tour 5.0 on my putter. Never had an issue in this bag
The iron covers say it all :)
and Top Flight balls lol
do the dividers go to the bottom?

How does it look in a push cart? I want to buy one from Costco and I'm wondering if it fits properly. Thanks in advance.

The problem with this bag and some others; is the irons hit against metal woods shafts when used with a push-cart.
I just did a short vid with it on my cart. You are correct. Without covers they will def hit. Thanks for watching!

Is the color more red, or an orange red mix?
Hey thanks for watching. It is orange.
i have this bag and im thinkin of goin to the c130s just more versatility

great bag they need to fix the putter well however.
Yeah it does catch on larger grips if you are not careful, but definitely not a deal breaker. Overall great bag. Thanks for watching!
I know this was 2 years ago but, if you are going to do a review, maybe research your product first.
Iron covers!?!?! 😆
Hey I like orange……also helps me go back to right cart when playing with a foursome. LOL. Thanks for watching!
Says the guy thats a 20 handicap and gets his clubs at play it again.🤭
My C130 will not stand on its own, a pain.
Sorry to hear that. Nothing worse than trying to balance a bag when trying to load/unload your cart or when storing it.
Get a stand bag
