    Wish you were in Chicago. Cause I could really use your skill on my hands. The Nail techs I have been to see do not have basic nail care knowledge. and it seems impossible to find a "good " nail salon here. So I watch you,☺ and learn how to care for my own nails. Thanks for sharing you skills on youtube.

      You really can teach yourself! Dazzle Dry reduces drying time to 5 minutes- no exaggeration. Now I can't imaging putting up with going to the nail salon, my weekly self care manicures and bi monthly pedicures are a highlight in my crazy busy life.

    I'm here to testify as to Anna's overall excellent nail advice, my hands and nails are transformed from following her teachings. I want to strongly recommend adding a weekly hot oil soak to your nail/self care routine. I use avocado oil (from the grocery store's salad section!) and not only is this a lovely way to make myself sit still for 12 minutes, but my hands and nails LOVE it too.

    This just shows how damaging the gels acrylics are to our nails. I used to be obsessed with the acrylics and gels but now I appreciate the beauty of the natural nail with a good polish each person having their unique nails and each person is different not the same “salon fake” look, if that makes any sense. Beautiful job!

    I suffer from hypothyroidism, and have struggled with my nails. Anna's advice has let me have fingernails again. But...I have to be very strict about it. I use kerasal - the liquid and the ointment, I use a drop of oil after I wash my hands and follow with Cerave moisturizer. I use the glass nail file and the glass nail stick. I have been able to wear nail polish a little bit, too. I keep my nails short...I am just so happy that they look better. Thank you to Anna!

    Thank you so much for showing genuinely short, damaged nails and the help that a good, healthy manicure and regular gentle care can provide. So often on nail-related channels, even my favorites, the "short" and "ugly" nails they're trying to use as examples are really just... shorter than average. There's still plenty of free edge to be seen, and the nail beds are pink and healthy, the surrounding skin has no hangnails or calluses, etc.
    (And even when there is little free edge, I've noticed that so many people have such nail beds that are enviably long enough so that a coat of tinted polish makes them look perfectly attractive even if they're not the huge coffin-shaped talons that are in style.)
    This client's situation is very relatable to me--and alas I don't even have the excuse of using gels or acrylics to explain why my nails are in poor shape. Just a lack of hydrating, moisturizer usage, and bad anxiety-related habits of biting, picking, peeling away polish and so on. Anyway, I appreciate your honest instructions and non-judgmental attitude, and the transformations you provide to even natural nails, i.e., without using acrylics. Thanks very much and I wish you all the channel growth and career success you deserve!

    Anna, I have something weird going on with my nails. Both my fingernails and toenails are doing this. It started with my toenails. My skin is growing over my nails. Over the free edges. I have to cut the skin off, before I can clean my nails otherwise I can't get down far enough to remove the dirt from my nails. I can clear the skin away, but it's back with in a week. That's my toenails. My fingernails aren't that bad yet. But, also when I clean my fingernails, at the corners the skin seems to attach there, and I have to remove the attachment and it's thick. It hurts to do this but otherwise I'm afraid they too will grow over my nails. Also about a month ago, my skin was stretched halfway up my fingernails. Literally. I just noticed
    It's gone. I really never was into my nails. As I have trained and showed horses for 25 yrs. I have found, in my experience, anyway.that horses and " pretty nails " don't mix. So yes my nails are severely neglected. I probably wouldn't be even interested in healthy nails had this.... whatever it is, not happened. I will tell you I have watched several of your videos today. I had no idea that the health of my nails was so important! I mean, I've always be sort of a tomboy, so frills and polish and bling just isn't me. So I never paid my nails much attention. I feel bad for them now!.. So I ask you, What is this?? I'd like to send you pictures or a short video. If you would be interested in helping me. May I have your email address, if possible?
    In hopes you can help!😎😎😎

    • @treasurechest123
      @treasurechest123 Год назад

      Dear Barbara, I have had the same issues for years and years but believe it or not, I’ve had amazing luck using Dazzle Dry. I follow most all of Anna’s advice but I still have splitting and peeling nails, likely due to my hypothyroidism. I also get cracks at the base of the free edge, which makes me typically have to cut all the way down. But my point is, I can literally get polish to stay up to TWO WEEKSwithout chipping if I use Dazzle Dry and follow their instructions precisely. It’s been truly amazing. Sure, I wish my peeling would go away but it’s a health thing, nothing a lot of oil or kerasal etc can fix. But to be able to wear polish that adheres and does not chip for up to two weeks…a miracle for me! And I can even right over a minor crack at the base of the free edge, while it grows out! So Dazzle Dry is not healing my nails but its not hurting (or yellowing) them either and it allows me to wear polish that doesn’t chip and crack in 24 hours…I hope it works for you too. -Jenny

      Hi Linda! I don’t recommend pushing the cuticle back. I recommend pushing the living skin back every couple of days if the skin has a tendency to stick to the nail plate and stretch. Yes. That one nail prompted me to go to a nail shop and I was told I needed acrylics, dip... the nail techs always said my nails were too weak, too damaged to ever stop using those products, then the pandemic hit.. I continued to do dip but got frustrated because it was such a process, I decided to go natural and only used high end, healthy nail products but still my nails were weak, splitting... then Anna came into my life! I found her on RUclips, started to use Dazzle Dry exclusively ( using it since mid July) and guess what- that nail that had split and annoyed me for 25 years, it's not split! Game changer! I do use oils kerala...I try to do whatever Anna suggests..try Dazzle Dry!
