To be honest i dont think there’s a ton of skill. I do think people, including mysely, like him because the voice and songs are nostalgic and we like how they sound

I love that they all still feel their tunes as they play. Especially aaron, the way he still puts so much emotion into his lyrics even 20 plus years later. I love that he doesn't make excuses for not wanting to scream and belts them even heavier than they used to be.

My all time favorite Nu-metal band after all these years. We are are getting old looking now....Thanks for sharing the video. It got me through some good and bad times..My faves are Just go this was a big one of me, Fade and mudshovel on this set list. Over the years I've seen them 6 times live...Makes me wonder if he really feels this way still. Maybe the scares survive but the feelings slowly fade away...I miss the Wysocki drumming...
"Epiphany" is such an amazing break, through this entire set. Some dark nights to that song, heavy. Love it in retrospect these days. Thank you, STAIND. ✌️

I remember seeing them play Mudshovel in 2003 at "The Plex" in Charleston. The crowd was wild and the floor caved in below us. Still sounds awesome 20 years later.

Not sure about the rest but Aaron sounds great here. Saw them front row in 2001 at University of MD Baltimore County. Glad to see them playing again.
Glad to see they have the bass player vocal mic up to reasonable volume. So many times ill see bands perform live and you cant hear the backup vocalist at all. It still could be louder in the performance above, but its still adequate for sure.

We were rocking on the rail the whole show! Between Aaron and Johnny. Hell of a show! Tickets were too expensive in 2023. Needed Nothing More. Mix master Mike just didn’t do it at 6:30 in the evening for a rock show….

Great video. Saw them and Godsmack on Saturday in VA. For some reason, Staind did not have the video screen behind them, so they kept the Staind curtain up the entire time.
Tonight 7/28/23 Staind killed it everything was great until they had us wait 2 & 1/2 hours to tell us that Godsmack wasn't playing. Brought my wife for birthday and it was my son (15) and daughter (6) first real concert and that shit happened but at least we got Staind!

I have been to that venue TWICE in full blown thunderstorms on the lawn. Drowning pool played on the outside stage twice because B.L.S didnt wanna play in rain the Ozzy finished inside. The second time was Alice in Chains & Soundgarden. I mean the main stage is inside so WTF, yeah totally blew my wife's birthday and kids first concert but at least STAIND gave a great performance

I saw them when their self titled album came out and had every album before, even the original Tormented album which is super dark. Crazy how his voice hasnt lost any power.

Anyone else remember when people used to move around and have fun at concerts? Dance, sing, headbang, go crazy and have fun, that's what used to happen. Everyone just stands around with a phone in their hands now. Kinda sad.

Concerts aren’t what they use to be all bands using molders now and it doesn’t have the same raw in your face feel
Bands have been doing that for probably 20 years longer than people realize, even if you see stacks on stage they're usually there just for show

aaron usually does about hour and a half
Godsmack had about an hr and a half, Staind had about an hr and 15 minutes, and Mix Master Mike had about 40 minutes. I was actually there for all of it!!
