Hi Kadz, two things… 1) if you register you business through Tide they will give you an account and also they pay the £12 to companies house so there is a saving there. Secondly, your missing the ICO fee of £40 as your holding both candidate and candidate info.
Yeah theres tons of different options... impossible for me to list each one so i did the official channels.

Its depend if condidate work 30 day or 60 days then client may if we do agrmeent with client 60 days candidate work in company then clinet pay if candidate work 59 they don't pay so don't worry candidate work abve 6 month rare case condition change job if they get good salary or good work location second option you take charging candidate side if clint not pay yoy

hello Kadz, I was wondering if you have the Terms of business template and the other questions, Do you need to offer Temp staff Pension? I saw your other Temp charge spreadsheet and you mentioned 20% for all thosebusinesses expenses for the business
unless self employed, Temps will be hired by you to work for businesses so you will have to offer a pension as you are technically Employing them. Permanent roles the client would hire them via you. So would have to offer the a pension their end. hope this helped Thanks
@@brownbearbeats6979 wow, not sure l can afford it to be honest. This dream of being an agency, it moving further away as lm only making 20% an hour so if l then offer pension then I’m not making anything! Is there a way around Pensions
@@letsgoelectriclge1320 best way to go is offer only permanent candidates until you have the capital to offer temps which you can hire. And offer self employed candidates I believe in the construction / manual labour business this is easier as people prefer to go self employed that way they will have to pay their own pensions.
