How to get to Depths under Hyrule Forest Park Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

I must have run around this island FIVE TIMES and hadn't noticed it.. thank you so much man, i thought the devs just pulled and "oops" and forgot to add a chasm to this island.

me too, it was a bit frustrating, but there were planks next to the shrine, and they would have gone past the cave on the water stream, so now i just feel a bit stupid

I KNEW that mushroom had to be a clue! Unfortunately, I was going clockwise round the island. Also, that Yunobo-Tulin speedboat combo is brilliant! I'm gutted I didn't know about it earlier.

Thank you for actually showing us I started here i'm going to walk here this is where we are this is where we're going to end up you are awesome. It is seriously maddening how many people will say they are going to give you a walk through or tutorial and then do something like the donut starts by growing wheat flour and then drew a secret process we turn that wheat flour into a cooked doughnut. So basically you skipped all the directions I need to figure out what i'm doing. I love the game but it's ridiculous that the expectation is to spend an annoying amount of time searching the entire island to find the entrance, and the solution is tucked away in the water where it's a pain to explore anyway

Thanks for showing where the chasm is, though it would have been nice to get a warning about the blue-white frox waiting at the bottom. People who dive face-first into chasms with the glide armor set bonus (i.e. me) are going to get one hell of a fright when they hit the floor.

If you look closely at your own video, you'll notice even after you have that Light root, there's still a dark spot in hyrule castle depths. There's a light root there as well...

That light root location is tricky :)). I always focus on falling down without looking.

There is a hill on the island, and on the side of said hill, hidden below the trees, in a cave entrance. If you walk around below the trees you’ll find it clear as day
