Thank you for a nice, informative video as always! Helpful tip on soldering: 50:22, pre-solder the stripped copper wire first. First wipe off the flat soldering-iron head first with a moist sponge or cloth, then cover the flat end of the iron with soldering-tin, place the flat end of the soldering-iron on the flat ends of the copper-wires, to the sides that will be soldered together, and add tin to the tin floats over the surface on both sides of the wire. Then hold the wires together with pliers etc, again wipe off the flat soldering-iron head first with a moist sponge or cloth, tin on the flat iron head again, important for a good result, and hold the flat side on the iron to the flat side of the copper wire, adding tin to the tin floats between the wires. Because everything cost money and most people tried to save money and support families. My Mom was only a baby but in WW2 EuroAsia she ran from bombs and airplanes falling everywhere for 2 years and the adults had children help with various small things and the children learned to do more than average people recent times. She taught me uncommon skills and drawings how things can be done to help my business from 1 customer to 1000s who call for "Handyman Artie" (Smith Architecture) mult services, property management and home improvements. (40miles North of NYCity areas... far from fake city belief systems and poor quality non natural foods) 😑 🤣 😀 Anything people can see improve really makes people happy. 99% of my jobs, most people did for their families only 20 years ago. Lin, Great skills for your achievement. But, I would recommend that you Varnish the Coils . No varnish allows coils to move. Ie. the noise when you are welding. Also varnish locks out moisture.
