    Happy Birthday🎉
    Nice that you are meeting such wonderful people along the way. Those friendships can be the highlight of your trips year after year! To bad the big one got away. Next time. I met so many wonderful people at Rivers Inlet year after year and during the travel back and forth from Everett Wa.

      Thank you Charlie. The people we are meeting here are making a big impact on our trip. I’m happy to hear that Rivers Inlet gave you a similar feeling. 💕

    We were scanning You Tube and came across you wonderful video and as an added bonus you ate at Palapa La Abuela which was built by my friend Daniel Lopez who worked most of his life on San Marcos Island at the Gypsum Mine. He came and asked me to play music on Sundays for the dinner guests so I only had to learn a couple hundred Spanish Songs. I remember when you came in but what a surpise when you included my picture of playing music. San Lucas Cove was the place I settled over 20 years ago and it has been fun to watch all the changes.

      Thank you uncle Glen! I had a really wonderful birthday and am starting to feel some Christmas vibes. Our next stop will probably be the one where we start decorating the RV. It will be different being away from Canada at Christmas. Take care 🌴✨

    Happy Bday Jenny! 🎂🎉🍻 Another cool vid. Often wondered what the highways are like on the Baja?

    • @jenny_adrift
      @jenny_adrift  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and for joining on our adventure!
      There are very few parts of the highway that are double lane. I’d say 90% is single lane and about 80% has no shoulder. So most of the time Brent is “sport driving” as he calls it. The trailer wheels are riding on the white line when we drive past a semi truck. There are many potholes that we try to avoid and sometimes you come across a couple bicyclists that you have to swerve around and of course there seems to always be someone coming in the opposite direction. It’s always interesting but we’ve been safe.

      For sure drive safe. Thanks Jenny!

    Good morning, Sunshine. I imagine that most of the Baja peninsula is pretty awesome area. Maybe not Quite as wonderfully Magical, as Rivers Inlet but it will do in a pinch. Big Happy Bday, Young lady. What is your actual Bday date, so i won't miss it next year. Wonderful video, of course. Thank you for sharing

    • @jenny_adrift

      Thank you, Robin! You are so right, there’s no place quite as magical as Rivers Inlet. But it’s much warmer here!! My birthday was yesterday, December 16th and I had such a great day. There was live music playing nearby since it was a Saturday so I really lucked out.
      Thanks so much for watching! 🌺

    Hi did you launch your boat from the beach or was there a ramp to launch your boat?

    • @jenny_adrift
      @jenny_adrift  6 месяцев назад +1

      We launched it from the beach. San Lucas cove does not have sand so it’s very easy to drive on. The beach is all tiny shells
