Likes:
• Great water slides for kids all ages
• Hotel grounds are small so no need to worry about losing your kids
• Wheelchair and buggy friendly - there is a loft in the lobby
• Good housekeeping - room were clean
• Lots of activities during the day
Complex feels very small - you can keep eye on your kids easier
Dislikes:
• Bathrooms in the room do have a weird smell
• Food is repetitive - most of the meals are pretty much the same every day but that’s the Egypt for you. We have been in 3 other Egyptian hotels and they are similar with food menu
• This is not the place for vegans/ vegetarians - especially not for people with allergies. Labels all over the place
• Rude management - before we arrived we have requested soya milk for our son but when we arrived the manager said that there is no soya milk and if we want we can go to the shop and get it ourselves
• Shocking WiFi - good luck if you want to load anything, especially on evening
• Overpriced spa - always staring high (English prices)
• Staff not always helpful
