- This is a series of our Tokyo, Japan travel! It is our first time to go to Japan and I am glad to do this with my family. We will be exploring Tokyo for more than a week and I'll be sharing to you our experiences and learnings thru our videos! Hopefully we can provide you answers for your questions as a first timer or a seasoned Japan traveler.
Once you land in Japan, you want to secure your internet, money and the popular Suica card! I will explain where to get those things and the most asked question. How to get from Narita Airport to Tokyo, Japan?
You will know how to do that on this video because we will be going to Asakusa from Narita Airport. I will also show to you our hotel room. We stayed at APA Hotel Asakusa Ekimae and it is a 10/10 when it comes to location!

how much was the train fare? does it change if you get off early in another train station that is not asakusa?
no problem! thank you too for spending some of your time here. It is around 1300 to 1500yen as far as I can remember. I'm not sure if there is a difference once you get out of the train later or earlier than Asakusa. But most likely there is a price difference 👌🏼

hello there! we transferred at Oshiage station. right across the train you will see the red train and marks. You can ride the red train going to Asakusa 👌🏼

@@xenapas1022 Oh I am sorry. From Narita airport, riding the skyaccess (orange). We got down at Aoto Station and there is a train going to Asakusa (red) right across the platform. Sorry if I kinda jumbled our route in explanation. My bad :D
But in google map from Narita airport, it will say that you can transfer at Oshiage Station which is a different station :) But both works fine. We just had to jump out at Aoto Station since we already saw the red train haha! 👌🏼
As far as I can remember you will reach Aoto Station before you reach Oshiage :)

@@luckytai-lan2166 Unfortunately we have no personal experience with sim cards. But we used pocket wifi instead. It is cheaper if you are going to travel by group.

yes, correct po. during that time kasi pag open ng door ng train biglang nasa harap namin yung asakusa train kaya akala namin need mag transfer hehe 👌🏼 pero we got off Asakusa station parin

Hello! Yes! Yun po ang route namin.
Pero you can also do this. From Narita Airport.
Orange Train -> Oshiage or Aoto -> Pink Train (Asakusa line) going to Asakusa Station 👌🏼
Did you pass by Oshiage Station (Skytree) before transfering lines (Asakusa line)?
Hi Ralph! I cant remember if we did pass Oshiage Station. But we had to transfer at Aoto for the Asakusa Line 👌🏼
