EARLY SEASON TROUT FLY FISHING TECHNIQUES |

Early season trout fly fishing with a nymph is the BEST way to catch an early season trout. Trout have quite a slow metabolism early season and don't typically touch a dry fly, hence using a nymph fly to sink to the bottom and act almost as bait. Trout are tricky in general to fish for, but in this video we cover the techniques we used to hook up on he first day of trout season in Tasmania.
