Because you will be working on both panels separately, just will need to divide your bust panel by 2 and use the divided number for each panel

No…you are just going to change multiple of 7 until it’s 21 inches wide
And an extra 5 after chaining multiples of 7
My bust size is 32 divided by 2 so what do i do
