Someone else commented and told me that she also has admitted that she’s been uses her mother address as her place of residency, so I guess, technically in the eyes of the government she never left. Which also makes sense .

I think Canada is pretty similar, as is the UK. If she has a tax debt though, she won't be able to get any government benefits like the dole or a disability pension until that's sorted. I don't think she could even access a govt care worker to help her at home if she is too fat to move! Either way the Tax Office will catch up with her while she's in the country, once you start skipping court dates, it's much more difficult to fly out of the country. And if a judge sends her to do time for tax arrears, flying out of the country will be impossible! 😂

Airport anxiety is real. There's always changes or unexpected fees w your baggage some things they only take cash. For other things only credit card.
