does mouse affect swing on chivalry? people are swinging quicker than me and i wanna know if mouses affect in-game windup

If you move your mouse to the same side as the weapon is moving, you make it accelerate. So yes, it is speeding up. Also on successful counter/riposte the swing is also quicker
