I have the same monitor but I can only see the picture in black and white, do you know how I can change it to see in colors?

I'm not sure. The picture is only black and white for me when the lights are off and it's using night vision.

Hi, do you know if you are supposed to hear from the Monitor? With mine I notice the monitor detects the sound but can’t hear anything

Yes 100%. If the volume is turned up on the monitor settings then you may have a defective unit

I am having trouble accessing the controls to turn the volume on
