This one trumps all my horror stories with UK hairstylists. Even I can't believe this actually happened. I really think it's high time some serious regulations and sanctions are enforced in the hair and beauty space.
WHO DID IT?: The hairstylist is called Margaret and she is the actual owner of DVH Salon. They have 2 branches and I went to the Walthamstow one.
