During this difficult time, I hate to ask questions. I was a little consusion about the man's head, as that you indicated, there are many options for that. Can you say which one is more popular, particularly from tht 456 to 123? Thanks.
Hello. I would say with what I observed that the most popular option in adult dancing is turning head to the right on 2,3 and then returning it to the left on 5,6. For juniors and juvenile the most popular just keep it to the left and you can slightly look to the right on count 6. But it’s not the rule. And there are great couples that do different versions and achieve great results. Mostly important check if you head turn matches with your swing action and also check what option looks better in your dancing. We all have different skills and strong sides, different proportions. Sometimes some option works for one dancer better then the other. For my students I explain both versions but keep for competition that one that looks better in their dancing.
@@DovganDance i might be stupid. Should the man turn his head to right on 2.3 and return it to the left on 5. 6 rather than "n adult dancing is turning head to the right on 5,6 and then returning it to the left on 2,3."
@@ballroomdancermaryland7836 Ahaha. You right. For some reason I switched them around while texting. I think it’s because I was thinking about girls steps starting backward and guys head. Probably it’s better to record a video with explanations. That we don’t have any confusions. And about other option I meant “slightly look to the right on count 6, not 3”.
Very professional and understandable tutorial. Exactly what I needed. Спасибо большое ❤
