Don't worry about thinking its 'all over the place' it's nice seeing things how they really are :)
Exactly. It’s not like you’re twiddling your thumbs, you prove that daily
yep i agree with this as well
For an average that cow produced 100000 liters which is 212000 pints about and an average person consumes 15000 pints in a life time to with that math 14 people were feed milk for a life time from one cow. Without farmers we all die
See was incredible ☺️
@@TomPembertonFarmLife give her a head scratching from jack along with a thank u.
@@TomPembertonFarmLife I think she deserved a no kill pass given her contribution to the farm eh?
Tom we Love the “Real Day in Life” element of this video. It ain’t scripted. There is no manual. We appreciate getting to Escape our chaos for a few minutes while watching you work and seeing life from your perspective! ❤
Love the analytics of the market, your video being hectic just mirrors the hectic days of the farm, you are legend 😂
Jo has really had a hard time and I hope she recovers quickly. Thinking about her all the time. Hope your Dad is progressing well and not overdoing it. Congrats on the price of the beef!!
Tell Luke, Jo, and Harvey to get well soon. Love your excitement with videos.
Great result Tom well done all concerned 🤜🏼⚡️🤛🏼
You are a family man and farmer first and foremost Tom the quality of the sound or lighting isn’t important
we come for the content which is always interesting.
Thanks mate! ☺️
she gave right to the end
Tom, the Push up/ Egg comment tells us more about how the farm works, PLEASE keep including and add others. Chaotic day equqls a chaotic video, works for us! Keep up the good work, hope everyone else is feeling better.
I grew up on a small dairy farm. Our cows all had names and quirky personalities. I don't know how old our oldest cow was, wish I did. I think it's a credit to you and the way you take care of your cows that you had a 15 year old milk cow. Sad to see them go, always. I enjoy your channel very much. You love your cows and it shows. Thank you for sharing with all of us. 🖤🤍🐄
Tom videos are brilliant chaotic shows how life on the farm really is you are juggling so many balls at the moment, remember to take some Tom Jo and Harvey time, the only thing you can't buy is time and you can never get time back
I’m out the door doing some more farming!!! Good morning Farmers!!!!
Good morning Girls!! Lol
My local butcher said the reason the lamb price is so high is because the Chinese demand has massively increased in recent years and they're buying up a lot of the New Zealand lamb that we would usually buy, thus pushing up the prices.
Not just China but folk in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia whilst not wealthy have a bit more income these days. Those three countries are almost 435 million customers. The EU market is un-important to NZ and Oz these days. Both Oz and NZ have a positive Trade Balance with China.
You have no need to apologise for the content. It was a good honest showing of your daily life on the farm. As always I thoroughly enjoyed it. So thank you. Also good you are happy with your beef sales. You work so damn hard and deserve it. 😊
a Blackpool farm shop subsidiary would make the beef fly out of the shop on top of milkshakes in summer with toppings and possibly icecream too
Could they keep up with demand for products?
Getting staff and making it
@@TomPembertonFarmLifeMy man...
I hope your dad is recovering well. Sending good wishes to all ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Happy Easter 🐣
This was fantastic to learn from a consumer side. Very well done and the way you explain it and show the grading sheets really helps!!
Thank you very much Tom!
The video is fine. A farm is chaotic. It's always good to watch your videos.
I hope you, your family, workers and friends all have a good Easter weekend & that everyone gets healthy quickly
My wife and I really enjoyed this video especially the end. We are going to try and convert this to Canadian values. Love your program. This was dictaed by my my husband ❤.
Loved hearing about the 'end of life' for the beef and cull cows. As a confirmed carnivore, I support my local butcher who buys his stock from within a 30 mile radius of his shop. Great that you got a good price for them. Very interested in the stats, bit too much to take in during the video, perhaps a small spread sheet with the cow type / age weight / value raised vs cost etc Hope family are all getting better too..
A lot of respect for all the work and passion you put into your work Tom. Well done explaining all the complexities of the information you shared ☺️
Sweet. Happy weekend all.
Happy Easter to you all on the farm & good luck 👍👍👍
Great video Tom
Happy good friday everyone
Love the videos! Highlights of our week ! well done promoting and showcasing the highs and lows and what it takes to provide top quality food 👏🏻👏🏻
Wonderful video Tom. May everyone feel healthy for Easter, blessings to you and your family! ❤❤
Tom it’s good to see chaos on the farm that is called hard labor. You did a fantastic job on the 8 bull’s and 3 cow’s . Keep the video’s coming . Hope your dad is doing okay we still worry about him.
i always enjoy your videos keep up the good work
As a new subscriber, I found this a very interesting and informative video. I used to produce store cattle to sell on to the finishing market.
I've been out of farming for a few years now, but I still remember the old cheque book style passports with the pages for stickers when doing movements on farm and to tear out and send off to the BCMS when selling stock.
The large new passports reminded me of the passports that were issued to older stock when they introduced cheque book style passports for newborn calves back many years ago now.
I love the rocking horse in the background. I've always wanted one of those!
Great video. Yes, it's sad to see your oldest cow go, but probably the best for her if she was going backwards. And, as you say, it's the circle of life.
Thank you for the numbers - really interesting.
Tom great video as always , hope Jo is ok mate , at the end of the day you have lots on your mind as well as keeping us happy so thank you take care 👍
That’s a lovely room you’re in at the end.❤️ Always nice to see Moon, too.
Loved the auctioneering when getting the escaped cows back where they belong. That sense of fun and playfulness makes a negative chore into a good laugh
😊
Another very interesting and informative video Tom, don’t burn yourself out lad, take care and I hope those around you are feeling better. 😊
Love a hectic video shows the true side of farming go go go. Great video keep it up Tom and team. Hope family all well happy Easter
Great video Tom, awesome to see your hard work pay off and achieve premium beef prices. Good luck to u with your other ventures 2. Cheers.
Thanks for sharing, loved the math in the end!❤
Great video keep up the good work
Great video! Good to see what life is like!
The livestock's looking great Tom! A real credit to you and the team at Pembertons!
Thanks Chris. That really means a lot ☺️
Very enjoyable! I like you chatting!
It's just as good that way. Keep them coming. A Brilliant watch
Thanks for the video Tom

Happy Easter, Tom and family wish you'll my best.
Appreciate the detail you gave out, margins are tight as always so enjoy your Easter win
This was a great video as you were busy and doing a lot!
Farm shopping is going to have a good future prayers for you all blessings from Durham
Fantastic to see how the figures equated Tom, thankyou. 👍👍🇬🇧
Excellent video Tom. You can now see how a one man farmer has to cope. Thanks for update on Jo and Harvey, hope Luke isn't to bad. Next update on Ginger Warrior please.
great video it wasnt chaotic it was true to life
Hi great video you show it how it is its Wet wet wet, hope you and your family are well,
I enjoy the chaos of the video showed a little bit more of real form life not that anything you do doesn’t show that but just kind of some funniness to it a nice rhythm my best to Luke Harvey and the amazing wife that they all feel better soon. Everyone else have a happy cow weekend. Be well be you
Content wise, that was one of your best videos. I learned a lot watching today. The wrap up at the end was also a great piece giving a hint towards plans you have coming up. Would love to try some of your beef one day, just a bit difficult to get to you at the moment from Hong Kong. Happy Easter!
Happy Easter Tom and family 🎉
Hay Tom your a farmer first and and a dad love all your videos shows how it is thanks chill
Great video Tom keep it up
Good videos tom keep it up chappy
Very informative video Tom. Don't worry about the quality because face it when is farming anything else than chaotic? Even after editing we are getting a view of farming in near "Realtime" Warts and all , you just keep on showing us how it is because that's what we like. Especially when the prices go in your favour as it proves you are still going in the right direction. 👌👍. PS: I'd love to know what Joe Seels said about your beef?
Great information!
Don't worry about audio and things we like to watch you out and about doing what you do
Tom I had to re watch the end bit twice. Why I hear you say well because I spotted the rocking horse my father in law made one for his grandbabies and its very similar and amazing I love the rocking horses that look like that xx
What would you make for putting one through the shop?
Great video Tom, sorry to hear about Jo and your son, how is your dad doing?
Great video. Don’t stress over chaos. Thats life. Love how Moon was desperate to be on video ❤
Your going to meet yourself coming back laddie the coos all looking good some nice condition going on 😊❤
Loved video!
Fair play for sharing prices. Lads over here if u asked them how they got on at mart or factory well all ud hear is that they did ok
Loving the Diese tom its a must
A great video tom
Tom dont be so hard on yourself. I enjoy watching
I love your video‘s . I only look your farm video‘s and Baldy‘s Farm.
thanks for sharing the weight chart - very interesting. 😎
I'm an addict for details and numbers - and boning! So keep 'em coming. The science of modern farming and the resultant analyses fascinates me.
I remember my uncle was delighted when he got 70 guineas (gross) for a culled 17 year old Shorthorn X Freisian but that was back in 1958/59. Really interesting video today, what was missing in polish was more than made up for with the reality. I hope Jo, Harvey, Luke, Andrew et al are soon better. And does it ever stop raining there?
I absolutely love watching you farm. Hot dam man your a speed speaker!!!! You are such a busy man outside, surprised to have seen you in house for the first time ever of watching your farm day life!!!! ❤❤❤😅😅😅😅😅
Tom, I am so glad that I am not the only person who,at times, cannot understand a word you are saying, and that you have been trying to SLOW DOWN your speech. I am a "Yank", and an old one at that, so learning "English" is tough for me. I will not give up my subscription as I do enjoy your channel but...... Oh, my best to your father.
Love videos Tom
Loved the video! Wish I could buy direct from field to shop beef like you produce in your farm shop.
Love the video as always. It might seem chaotic, but that's farm life.
Prayers are on the wind for Jo & Harvey & Luke & still for your dad.
What is an AB cow? I thought you said Aberdeen, but wasn't sure.
Hi Tom,Great video as always. How you manage to create and edit a video for us while still working like a madman running the farm is just amazing! End of the video, I thing Moon was looking for some attention LOL
For the farm shop, have you thought of in store pickup? This is where people order online from a website then, when the order is ready they get a text and/or email telling them so the can go to the shop and pick it up. That way there is less pressure on the staff as you set the time parameter and no shipping.
Truly amazing how do you remember all of the details. Shame about the old cow but it is a working farm and not a petting zoo. Hope Jo and your little lad are OK best wishes to you all. Rich Ely UK.
love the beef cattle, a full processing video from the farm shop would be awesome.
Tom, I love to see a day in the life of Tom & the farm. Sad to see your 15 year old girl go, but that's the circle of life unfortunately. No it wasn't chaotic. I hope Harvey & Joanna are on the mend soon. Big hugs to them both 🫂🤗❤️💙. Btw, how's Gingers back going post surgery?
Hi tom it so nice to see what the call cattle go for with regards to price And weight. As a very small farmer, I can't hold on to my for a long time, but I should have a a number ready to go as stores.
Great vlog, very interesting, going for a we dram to relax after that 🤣🤣
Take a breath mate your doing fantastic , love you keeping it real 👍
Morning Tom
At some stage could you give an overview of the geography of the different farms. I'm never sure if they are really close or not. Love your work man.
Your videos never get boring 👌👌 also... have you seen the new super compact telehandler that kubota have just released? 👀👀
Tom you too hard on your self. Keep up the great videos. You work hard
Get yourself a Redrock sheargrab Tom, solid and we never get any issues with our ones 🤞
really fascinating tom as always , i would like to know how that compares to what a single beef cow fetches through the farm shop to what you got sending them away
Tom, my go to tool is a lump hammer, I find that the balance is really good, plus there is less chance that I am giving to miss the thing I'm going to hit with. 😂🤣👍
hi tom i know this might be a long shot could you roughly tell us how much it cost you to raise the beef so we can see the profit or loss to make more people aware how much you gain or lose on a beef cow
22:13 great content again
great video and very interesting breakdown of the results of the sold cattle, but the star of this video is your dog in the background that obviously thought you'd be better talking to me rather than the camera
Great video Tom, we need a full morning routine from the dairy and beef! Be an interesting video
Great video Tom. Do you know any details about the rocking horse behind you?
