    Hi fire tech! Is there a way for me to wire a 24/7 audible into my panel without it saying fault 02? It’s driving me crazy thanks

    Awesome video!! Looks really nice 👍. Do you have any videos on how to power cycle a fire alarm panel? If not, could you do a video on it?

    • @FireTech7
      @FireTech7  8 месяцев назад +1

      Power cycling is when you disconnect all the power sources, wait like a minute, and then power it back up again

    On the vista 20p I accidentally put the power 1 and 2 on 3 by accident. Will my panel break?

    Hi again sorry if I ask so much questions, in the vista 20p how can I wire it so the strobes don’t flash in code 3? Is that in programming? Also what resistors should I use in the NAC and zones? Thanks

    • @FireTech7
      @FireTech7  7 месяцев назад

      I'm not sure if you can set the nac to continuous in fire mode. Resistors are 2.1-2.2k, you don't need a resistor for the nac unless the jumper for Bell supervision has been cut

    will my vista 20p call the police if I don’t have monitoring or a phone line? thanks

    • @FireTech7
      @FireTech7  7 месяцев назад

      No, it has to be programmed and be connected to some sort of communications line. Even then, you'll still need to program it. The vista by itself can't call the police anyway, it has to be programmed to dial into a central station and from there the central station will dispatch fire, police, medical etc

    On the vista 20p what terminals do you wire the horn strobe? Where do you wire the pull station? Can anyone give me some info on how to wire this ( I know it’s not code complaint)

    • @FireTech7
      @FireTech7  8 месяцев назад

      Terminals 3 and 4 is the nac. 3 is positive and 4 is negative. A pull station would go on zone 1 and needs to be configured for fire
