You shouldn't use Lucy's EX after her ult, it "steals" a pig away from the ult so the ult only drops 2 pigs - you can see it clearly at 2:56 if you play it at 0.25x speed. What you can do instead is tap EX for a fast line drive before the ult - as soon as the EX line drive hits you can pop ult and the quick assist from the EX line drive can be triggered instantly after the ult animation is done. It feels really smooth and you get 4 pig hits in total.
