My ex planned my disgard to the finest detail. I'd spend months fixing up his house, while being terrorised by him. 35 min after I finished the last room, he used an email I'd sent him weeks earlier as his tool,and threw me out. He had someone else in that night. I was destroyed and he was living it up. He tried to hoover 3 months later, but I'd learned about NPD by then 💜

If I said it once,I've said it a thousand times. Narcissism for both men and women is a deadly game,you can if you're a narcissist screw the wrong person over and it won't be pretty. So the grass is not greener.
They will often settle for a down grade but will take everything they learned from the best (us) and use it on the new supply. This enables them to take it a little easier by coasting on what they have in their tool bag from you and they’re empowered by how well the new supply is reacting. Because the new supply is probably a down grade they’re going to be easily caught up because the tools of the narc were honed on you (the best).
I agree. Great point. I have often thought about this. And i believe this to be true and you (us, the ones who went through the narcissist relationship) will be the only one who picks up on this. In a way the new supply falls in love with a piece of you. I believe they (the narcissist) are coasting on how you made them feel (We were grade A supply and we fell for them and they know it and they thrive off of it, especially if they know we are watching them on social media). It's eerie. I know it makes me cringe a little if i think about it because the new supply has no idea and they think the narcissist is this incredible person when really it's a facade that was helped in part and created by you. You are so correct about narcissism, I’m hearing from my daughter that my ex husband has a new wife and they treat each other horribly they are sarcastic and mean to each other. I think he got involved with another narcissist. My daughter said they deserve each other. Every time my ex-husband sees me he tells me how beautiful I am and how I’m not aging. But all I can think about is how I never heard any kind words from him in the 16 years we were married. I realized I got married very young and did not know anything about narcissism, but I’m so glad I didn’t waste anymore of my youth on this bird!
I was monkey branched (19 year marriage, 2 kids) for a coworker. I know her grass isn’t greener over there. Choose a two time felon which likes to smoke coke. She had his baby a few months ago. That’s her Karma. I’m free now to improve and heal. My faith is greater now, I’ve lost 60 lbs, kids and I are closer the. Ever. After being take advantage of for approximately 40k I’ve recovered. I’m still so hurt. He destroyed me I made him everything loved him. He made me look stupid. Treated me so bad 5 months later still trying to heal from the aftermath. I am on the path where I hope he gets what he deserves & will never find anyone like me again. I’m still healing & finding it hard to forgive him for myself after all he put me through. I just want him out of my mind. I’m so emotionally tired. I just don’t see how you can treat someone so bad where we have to have therapy to just to feel normal again. And get by with it.

Narc has been dead 2 years and I still can’t believe that I married that piece of trash I was warned by one of my friends not to marry him everything she told me about him was true but I didn’t listen.
My narc died a year ago too. It's crazy when i think back to what i went through in just a year and then no contact and then find out the narc died. I am still like Wow, did all of that craziness really happen?! I have been through some crazy things in my life but the narc relationship by far was the craziest thing i ever experienced.
What I found so hideous was when they try and triangulate you with their new lover. It is so sadistic. That was when I got a lawyer and she sent in the petition for divorce. I went no contact and my lawyers protected me from his abuse.

Upon first breaking up with the narc, they kept saying "the grass IS greener on the other side." They were on a high of freely getting new (low grade) supply and no longer having to sneak around. But mere weeks and now months later it turned into "the grass wasn't greener," and "if I could undo everything I did, I would, I made stupid mistakes, I don't deserve forgiveness," blah blah. To even telling me they were in a "really dark place" for the last month or more. Then suddenly they would flip and go on an abusive cursing tirade. Their approach has now softened because I established extremely firm boundaries and came at them with facts and legalities. My guard is all the way up and I won't fall for their trickery anymore. I found out there were multiple conquests and sleepovers immediately after I moved out, but yeah, they're in a "really dark place." Their thirst will never be quenched. They really are empty, bottomless pits with no souls.
I left my Narc after 13 years, when I caught him flirting with a potential new supply, I unfortunately have to still see him at work until I find a new job ... keeping it strictly polite but is scary waiting for him to explode at any moment, so far this time he hasn't been hoovering, so maybe his new supply is keeping him full, it's been hard but in a way I am grateful for his new supply so that I can finally be rid of this rollercoaster, thank you for your video's from South Africa

After just a month with her, he’s been hoovering me. Lol 😂 But guess what though? For me, my grass is greener each and every day. I am loving being alone without that crazy narc in my house. I now have the time to really take care of myself and live in peace. My self confidence has gone up too.

I was discsrded many times fir idiotic reasons, mainly ljes he couldn't prove AND of vourse because je found new supply. In my hdart I knew the reason and befkre knowing anything about Narcissism, I already tlold him so, when he hovered me back. Several times And I told him many times thst I was the best he would ever find, an Empath, loving and forgiving hom everything, caring, supporting. Maybe now he realizes and will say that tk himself, but too late. I moved on. One too many chances..... And I am sure he will nevet find someone like me. Ever.
In spite of everything he kept saying that he has quality in his life (me) and now (hoovering) that I'm the best he could have... Maybe because of 100's of failed relationships he realises how he sabotages relationships and with that his life. It's also inconvenient for him to now go look for someone new. At 63 he's not young enough to find a quick replacement.
After about 3 months with a narcissist their true colours start to show. The mask slips, at that point and the new supply will start to ask questions too 🙄
Until they find out there's horse shit on both sides of the fence...narcs don't discard, they disengage cus they always return to take you off of the self, this is why they don't give closure and ghost instead.

I have my own house, car and professional occupation. Narc moved in with nothing, couldn't even hold a job down. I paid for everything, holidays, clothes, outings, cars etc etc. If he didn't get what he wanted from me he would become violent and smash things in the house. After 20 years he got a well paying job, was extremely arrogant and left me for the new supply. After 6 months he kept coming back saying she is only a barmaid, rent is expensive etc etc. "She is just not you, I made a mistake I love you please let's try again. Yes I took the bait, he moved in started to take as much as possible and I found out he was still seeing her. One day he absolutely flipped at me and told me "don't you realise I want to be you ". He also told me he would tell me when it was over as he hadn't destroyed me yet and why should he go to someone new who has nothing and leave me with everything, also admitted that he hit and abused me to stop himself hitting her. Wow the grass was obviously much greener my side of the hill 😂😂

I grew up in a family where if I did everything right, no one would notice or say anything, but boy if I made a mistake or screwed up something, I never heard the end of it. My mistakes were what defined me in my family. I've had very low self-esteem all my life, even though friends tell me how smart I am. I never feel good enough. My ex reminded me so much of my mom and I saw the warning flags from the get go, but I still wanted to believe that he was cute and harmless. He was not. My girlfriends can't understand why I went no contact with him because he's so sweet and charming to them. At the end of our relationship he just assumed that one of them would replace me. As far as I know, that didn't happen. Even if it did, I really don't care anymore, and I'm so grateful for that!!

I knew what the nex was when i helped him after his stroke. I observed him and saw how pitiful that he had fun playing narcissist games on the one sister who cared. He just continued his games. He ignored her calls, played mind games...he would say it was fun. He was furious for no reason. Like delusional. He seemed to think no matter what he could hurt her feelings and she would take it and be there for him. I saw clearly what i put up with when i was married to him. That is all he's ever done. He told me once that the lower narcs go at people...their games..they win. He knew what he was. I asked him. It's crazy and when i would tell him about the daily crazies of my narcissist mother and sister he would have his creepy laugh and say, "oooo that was a good one" whatever they did to us. My nm got a rude awakening at the end of her life. She threw the wrong people away and kept being cruel. Her narcissist daughter and son and nm's "friend" that she threw me away for turned against her bigtime. These narcs can't help themself

They will often settle for a down grade but will take everything they learned from the best (us) and use it on the new supply. This enables them to take it a little easier by coasting on what they have in their tool bag from you and they’re empowered by how well the new supply is reacting. Because the new supply is probably a down grade they’re going to be easily caught up because the tools of the narc were honed on you (the best).
I agree. Great point. I have often thought about this. And i believe this to be true and you (us, the ones who went through the narcissist relationship) will be the only one who picks up on this. In a way the new supply falls in love with a piece of you. I believe they (the narcissist) are coasting on how you made them feel (We were grade A supply and we fell for them and they know it and they thrive off of it, especially if they know we are watching them on social media). It's eerie. I know it makes me cringe a little if i think about it because the new supply has no idea and they think the narcissist is this incredible person when really it's a facade that was helped in part and created by you. Eeeeewwwww!

You are so correct about narcissism, I’m hearing from my daughter that my ex husband has a new wife and they treat each other horribly they are sarcastic and mean to each other. I think he got involved with another narcissist. My daughter said they deserve each other. Every time my ex-husband sees me he tells me how beautiful I am and how I’m not aging. But all I can think about is how I never heard any kind words from him in the 16 years we were married. I realized I got married very young and did not know anything about narcissism, but I’m so glad I didn’t waste anymore of my youth on this bird!

I’m still so hurt. He destroyed me I made him everything loved him. He made me look stupid. Treated me so bad 5 months later still trying to heal from the aftermath. I am on the path where I hope he gets what he deserves & will never find anyone like me again. I’m still healing & finding it hard to forgive him for myself after all he put me through. I just want him out of my mind. I’m so emotionally tired. I just don’t see how you can treat someone so bad where we have to have therapy to just to feel normal again. And get by with it.

Narc has been dead 2 years and I still can’t believe that I married that piece of trash I was warned by one of my friends not to marry him everything she told me about him was true but I didn’t listen.

Upon first breaking up with the narc, they kept saying "the grass IS greener on the other side." They were on a high of freely getting new (low grade) supply and no longer having to sneak around. But mere weeks and now months later it turned into "the grass wasn't greener," and "if I could undo everything I did, I would, I made stupid mistakes, I don't deserve forgiveness," blah blah. To even telling me they were in a "really dark place" for the last month or more. Then suddenly they would flip and go on an abusive cursing tirade. Their approach has now softened because I established extremely firm boundaries and came at them with facts and legalities. My guard is all the way up and I won't fall for their trickery anymore. I found out there were multiple conquests and sleepovers immediately after I moved out, but yeah, they're in a "really dark place." Their thirst will never be quenched. They really are empty, bottomless pits with no souls.

I left my Narc after 13 years, when I caught him flirting with a potential new supply, I unfortunately have to still see him at work until I find a new job ... keeping it strictly polite but is scary waiting for him to explode at any moment, so far this time he hasn't been hoovering, so maybe his new supply is keeping him full, it's been hard but in a way I am grateful for his new supply so that I can finally be rid of this rollercoaster, thank you for your video's from South Africa

Great video, Andrew! The grass is not greener for sure!! And I’m sure my ex narc is realizing that now with his low grade supply who is more of a liability than an asset! After just a month with her, he’s been hoovering me. Lol 😂 But guess what though? For me, my grass is greener each and every day. I am loving being alone without that crazy narc in my house. I now have the time to really take care of myself and live in peace. My self confidence has gone up too.

Dear Andrew., in each of Your Videos I see mx on-off relationship aith my Narcissist. Noone else gives me so much insight than You do, and I am so grateful to You. I was discsrded many times fir idiotic reasons, mainly ljes he couldn't prove AND of vourse because je found new supply. In my hdart I knew the reason and befkre knowing anything about Narcissism, I already tlold him so, when he hovered me back. Several times
And I told him many times thst I was the best he would ever find, an Empath, loving and forgiving hom everything, caring, supporting. Maybe now he realizes and will say that tk himself, but too late. I moved on. One too many chances..... And I am sure he will nevet find someone like me. Ever.
In spite of everything he kept saying that he has quality in his life (me) and now (hoovering) that I'm the best he could have... Maybe because of 100's of failed relationships he realises how he sabotages relationships and with that his life. It's also inconvenient for him to now go look for someone new. At 63 he's not young enough to find a quick replacement.

I have my own house, car and professional occupation. Narc moved in with nothing, couldn't even hold a job down. I paid for everything, holidays, clothes, outings, cars etc etc. If he didn't get what he wanted from me he would become violent and smash things in the house. After 20 years he got a well paying job, was extremely arrogant and left me for the new supply. After 6 months he kept coming back saying she is only a barmaid, rent is expensive etc etc. "She is just not you, I made a mistake I love you please let's try again. Yes I took the bait, he moved in started to take as much as possible and I found out he was still seeing her. One day he absolutely flipped at me and told me "don't you realise I want to be you ". He also told me he would tell me when it was over as he hadn't destroyed me yet and why should he go to someone new who has nothing and leave me with everything, also admitted that he hit and abused me to stop himself hitting her. Wow the grass was obviously much greener my side of the hill 😂😂

I grew up in a family where if I did everything right, no one would notice or say anything, but boy if I made a mistake or screwed up something, I never heard the end of it. My mistakes were what defined me in my family. I've had very low self-esteem all my life, even though friends tell me how smart I am. I never feel good enough. My ex reminded me so much of my mom and I saw the warning flags from the get go, but I still wanted to believe that he was cute and harmless. He was not. My girlfriends can't understand why I went no contact with him because he's so sweet and charming to them. At the end of our relationship he just assumed that one of them would replace me. As far as I know, that didn't happen. Even if it did, I really don't care anymore, and I'm so grateful for that!!

I knew what the nex was when i helped him after his stroke. I observed him and saw how pitiful that he had fun playing narcissist games on the one sister who cared. He just continued his games. He ignored her calls, played mind games...he would say it was fun. He was furious for no reason. Like delusional. He seemed to think no matter what he could hurt her feelings and she would take it and be there for him. I saw clearly what i put up with when i was married to him. That is all he's ever done.
He told me once that the lower narcs go at people...their games..they win. He knew what he was. I asked him. It's crazy and when i would tell him about the daily crazies of my narcissist mother and sister he would have his creepy laugh and say, "oooo that was a good one" whatever they did to us.
My nm got a rude awakening at the end of her life. She threw the wrong people away and kept being cruel. Her narcissist daughter and son and nm's "friend" that she threw me away for turned against her bigtime. These narcs can't help themself
