I'm trying to do this for US cities and I've followed everything in the directions exactly as demonstrated. THe bubbles never come back. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Just format your axes again and hit RESET for them, and they will appear - then you'll see the numbers on the axes and that will give you a clue as to what's wrong (like maybe you have lat and long backwards)
Great video. Am I correct in thinking that you can do basically the same thing with places all over Canada by just setting the boundary as the Lat and Long for the entire country?
Glad it helped. Thanks for the comment and sorry for the looooong time lag on the response; I have been in Hell in recent months with... lots of personal stuff. Thanks again.
Well the shot short would be use Google Sheet instead

This may be a long shot, but is there any way to make the bubble color change depending on the values?
Followed all the instructions and this didn't work for me. bubbles disappeared; no data was shown. Even reset the axis and re-entered :(
Do you recommend a tutorial to download the map? Pretty cool video btw, thanks!
This is genius. Been looking for a technique like this for a long time.
I thought it was a cool solution but it took some doing to figure out. Thanks for the thanks Richard!
New functionality 3D-Maps / Powermaps does the job as well! Thank you for the explanation
Amazing man, thanks a lot !
