Oh yes, it's RNG, not Range lol... although I suppose you could say RNG offers a 'range' of possibilities :D ;) just like my range of excuses lol. I'd just like to add that perhaps the Bulwark is not totally useless, there is a potential build in there, it gives +25% block chance so with a few Spikey Spines it could shine if you've had no luck boosting your attack talents. The more builds you know of the better runs will go, I'd suggest if you get a few Spikey Spines, Sugars and lots of Crit Damage (And little critical hit chance & no batteries), go for Block Rate & Bulwark (Critical hit won't matter). It should work out nicely. I have not unlocked it yet but the Stardew Drop boosts your damage by 50% if you are at full mana, so with the bulwark build you'd turn off auto attack so it does not auto-cast any talents keeping you at max mana, and just click to auto-hit with your boosted basic attack.
Sorry for the delayed reply. I have very little group/party dungeon experience so unsure how great it is, from my little experience Drop Rate goes down and boss HP goes up, not great. I think it really depends, if you have group members who are equal or higher rank than you then groups will probably be much better, but if you're weighed down by low-rank players it'll probably not be the most efficient use of your time.
Took me a while to figure out when you said Range item, you were referring to RNG items.
