I loved your reaction to this video. The guy that's responsible for the arrangement is Jamie Ray, standing to the conductor's left. I loved the way Jamie wrote the arrangements and assigned the parts to best reflect the Disney sound of the decade the movie's release.
Yes there are 11 constant members of the group comprising voces that span 5 octaves. They regularly work at Disney's Epcot Center but now perform outside of Disney events.
I do find it kinda funny that you mention the vocalist for Part Of Your World (Sarah) has a Disney voice seeing how she and the majority of Voctave are actually members of the Voices of Liberty singing group in EPCOT at Walt Disney World (which is how most, if not all, originally met). They basically formed Voctave to have some extra fun together when not working.
I would love to see you react to the Great Movie Medley. It is a compilation of songs from famous movies and they use their voices to imitate an orchestra. They only sing the lyrics to one song. It is AMAZING!
Soprano 1 is Kate Lott. I love seeing people react to her first high note knowing they haven't seen anything yet. Soprano 2 is Tiffany Coburn even there she is holding back because of her part being Cinderella which wouldn't fit if she really let loose as she can. One interesting point is Tiffany's part is the one where Katie doesn't go stratospheric. Jamey Ray was clever to not make it a soprano contest. Each "princess" gets a chance to shine. Sarah Whittemore Alto 1 is as close to being Ariel vocally as the original singing voice Jodi Benson. Ashley Espinoza Alto/Soprano can easily bring a person to tears of joy with her Reflections.the 5th princess, Chrystal Johnson Alto 2 Pocahontas has such depth and is sung with amazing understanding. Jamey has swept down the scale and is bringing us back to the top for the finale but while you're preparing to have the roof blown off the top of the studio he suprises with incredible restraint that dumbfounds with a pure shimmering note. Kudos to the guys for the solid low support but then again it is a princess tune. While you only see 11 in this video there are 12 members.

In late 2015, there were only 8 members when they recorded the "Disney Love Medley" featuring Kirstin Maldanado and Jeremy Michael Lewis. In 2020, the tenor/musical director, Tony De Rosa, and one of the basses, J. C. Fullerton, left the emsemble and were replaced with tenor, Drew Ochoa, and bass, Aaron Stratton. Thus, the current Voctave emsemble is still 11 members. The composer/arranger is Jamey Ray. In this performance he is the second from the left, standing between Tony De Rosa and E. J. Cardona. The 1st soprano, Kate Lott, is a coloratura soprano who is trained in classical opera. Jamey Ray admittedly favors the women in his arrangements. His favorite among the women is the 2nd soprano, Tiffany Coburn. This is evident in her solo performances in "The Impossible Dream" and "Oh, Holy Night" among others. The "Disney Princess Medley" is a great demonstration of the ensemble name, "Voctave". They have a 5 (Roman numeral "V") octave range. Kate and Tiffany can easily hit a C6 while the basses can easily hit a C2.

I kind of disagree that the first solo isn’t ‘Disney’ enough. It is an almost perfect version of Snow White! It really seems off to you mostly because the song is written so differently from the more recent princess songs. It really is that high pitched in the movie.
