I have flown many times in first class, even when I was a kid ( back in the 60s ) but also more recently. Business class as well... Air France, British Airways, Air Canada, Continental, Delta Airlines a well ✈✈🌏

I was all set to fly business class to Haneda from London in 2020 when prices were fairly cheap (£2000 return) but covid scuppered everything for me. Now the prices are well over double that price but I'm determined to have the experience of going business class the next time I'm going to Tokyo in early 2025 even if prices are about £4500!! Take care of yourself and enjoy your weekend.

The shot in the beginning of the airport view was very tranquil, I could have looked at it longer and found my Zen. The business class looked pretty nice with the seats laying flat and foot rests, a bit of a luxury. Did you feel happy with the atmosphere, I think I would feel special. I will look forward to next week and the cruise ship. I hope you were also able to see a bit of Singapore, it's supposed to be a beautiful mixture of styles. As always, Happy to hear you are well and it's nice you were able to have a Mother-Daughter Trip, creating new shared memories.
I fly within Europe mainly, and I once got an accidental business class. I have a bad knee. I had to put my luggage through a separate scanner, in front of the gate, and I had to put my laptop back in my bag... and as I went down to do so (bag was on floor for some reason? I'm not always that smart...), my knee decided that was not the motion it wanted and I hurt it so bad I couldn't stand on it. I had episodes like that before and I have my cane for such occasions, but it was a really bad one. Once the attendant saw what happened he immediately made sure that I would get assistance at the other end and he put me in business class so I could stretch my poor leg. (i couldn't actually bend it properly anymore). They didn't have the fancy tray for me, but they did have the food so I got a really funky business class experience.
@@travelloveranna I've had problems since I was 17, still have them, at 30. And after I got to the hotel finally, things got a lot better. After some rest and a pizza from a locally recommended store, the next day my knee was doing its thing again. I now know how to avoid the worst risks for my knee XD. I still hope to fly business class at one point without having to injure myself beforehand.
The business class seats look great! I hope you and your mom have a great time on the trip :) Oh! JAL just launched a new "Budget business class" airline called "Zip Air". I'm hoping to try it on my next trip to Japan. ANA is going to make one too launching in 2024. My girlfriend is heading home to Japan in September and I wish we had known about Zip air before booking her ticket hahahahaha. Next year though :) Thanks for sharing as always :)

My plan is to fly to LA take the business class flight to Tokyo and then on the way back take their premium economy to Honolulu and spend a week there then fly home. My girlfriend is Japanese and flying back to Tokyo to visit family at the beginning of September but we had already booked her ticket with a regular airline. I'm taking her to Cancun/Mexico in the fall so that's why I won't do Japan this year. Plus I was JUST in Tokyo with her last fall hahahahaha. I hope you and your mom are having a great time :)

Nice video. I will be travelling ANA business class from ORD -> NRT -> BKK next week. I have flown ANA business on short 6 hour flights but never over the Pacific. I like ANA for their service. It was nice to see that showers are available again in the lounge. I'm gonna need that because I start my trip in Toronto. The United Airlines lounge in Narita has upped their game a bit but I still prefer the ANA lounge. I noticed you didn't show the ANA curry and rice that is available. Maybe you were there in the morning?
Sooo... 8 hour flight? You put the distance but no times. I was curious enough to look it up online. Looks like the price is $2,289 for a single ticket business class for ANA ($4,571 for two) for a round trip, JAL is even more expensive. I was going to ask what the difference is between Business and First class, but it seems they are the same. If it wasn't a package deal, it looks like a cheaper flight might be one with a two hour stop-over at Manila with Philippine Airlines or Malaysia Airlines (really, almost half the price of a ANA round trip ticket). Since it was a package deal with the Cruise line, let me guess... 7 day cruise, round trip airfare, two people... with your travel tastes, $6-8 thousand US total cost. And what I mean by travel taste is... you are not taking economy cabins or obviously flying economy. My original guess would be $8-10k, but that defeats the idea of 'package deal'. The whole point of a package deal is to save money. So I am interested in how close I come to the actual price. Very sweet of you to take your Mother on a trip to Southeast Asia on a cruise ship, I am looking forward to seeing that video.

Yes, Itami airport is usually tranquil but not the airports in Tokyo are different levels.haha The business class was awesome!
