Vintage tees are fun, but tees with scripture are kind of expensive. It's amazing walking thru Walmart, wearing a tshirt that says Jesus saves, & having strangers say they love my shirt 💛🙏🏼

You don't have to wait until the fuyu or other Japanese persimmons get squishy. They don't pucker you like the Virginia or American persimmons do. Plus they don't have seeds and are a lot bigger. Hubby got me one for my birthday one year. $40 and I've had persimmons for years! But the suckers will grow up fast if they aren't kept mowed.
Sir we need to have a talk here 🤔 you should have gave that old timer that 100 buck for those mirrors.. you've overpaid for tons of stuff.. now STOP IT! with them old folks! 😉😆
Back to the future... growing up we had a persimmon tree. I loved picking the super ripe ones and eating them straight off the tree.... so sweet and gooey😊
We can buy persimmons here in Ireland late August into September onwards.. They are lovely.. sweet soft fruit.. kind of jelly like but the skin is similar to a tomato.
Sales on a Thursday! I haven't even seen a tag sale on a Friday here in 15 years. One company does Friday estate sales, but even live estate sales are thin on the ground. Most are now online auction, with all the good stuff tossed out. The Ill Will discount - if you were with Pops, it makes sense. I get the Old Fart discount, at least when there's anything worth buying. which is rarely.
Back to the Future! I think you got that big discount on the cowboy boots at the thrift store because they thought you were a senior. It used to happen to me all the time and I would get mad. Now that I'm old enough, I love the old person discount.
