Thank you very much! I did run a backyard race and had to find out myself a lot of things. The sport, and how to best perform it, is still in development. Your video helps in that development of better understanding BYU as a sport. For example, a lot of runners run fast and have long breaks. I chose to run slow and have shorter brakes. I thought i wwas the only one, so nice to see you using the same strategy! You do have tips that are out-of-the-box and at the same time very understandable. Like walking downhill sometimes, to use different muscles. 🦸
