I have an anterior composite case next week, and i'm planning to do it with multilayering technique. this is very helpful but i'm confused cause brands don't usually indicate the opacity of their available composite , whether their composite is dentin ,body or universal shade opacity.
for example in our university we use Tetric N ceram , no where on brochure it mentions opacity either body or dentin or universal ,it is just labelled as an A3 composite.
    1. if they don't mention opacity , does it mean a body shade ?
now we have multiple options :
    either monoshade in small cavities
    - ominchroma
    - monoshade with body composite.
    - everglow universal shade A2/b2.
    or mutlilayering :
    - blocker + omnichroma.
    - enamel , dentin , enamel.
    - body , dentin , body.
    - Enamel , body , enamel.
    2. i have a case of small diastema closure , i'm planning to use body, dentin , body strategy, do you think it gives great results ?

I don’t use nor like Omnichroma for anterior teeth. According to Ivoclar, Tetric N Ceram is a “universal system” so yes, it could be consider a body shade. Some body shades systems out there are really good for single shade restorations (PREMISE is a great example). Keep in mind that some body shade systems are not that opaque and you may need to add a white or pink opaquer prior to layering. Hope this helps.
