Well, I can honestly credit a good friend whom I met on Instagram, as the reason I got my POTS diagnosis. Without her, I don't know where I'd be right now. Love you Cait!

Hey Julia... I saw you on HiHo kids that you were in hospice and read thru the comments and nobody mentioned to you to be reconciled to God.
Turn your whole heart to Jesus. Cry out to Him for truth and forgiveness of sin. It's something so personal to get your heart right with God... theres no formula or specific prayer. Seek Him until you find Him in prayer. Be reconciled to Him. ❤🙏
