Second Check Motherboard Battery Connector Pins for Voltage Normally Without Connecting Battery Displays 3.3v on 3 Pins and Charging Volts on Two Pins, which Varies for DIfferent Laptop Motherboards 8 Volts to 12. If Voltage is missing from the Motherboard pins, the problem is with the motherboard, Changing the Battery will not solve the problem. Here Required Motherboard Repairs, it could be an SMC IC issue or Resistors or charging IC problem.
