***** No, he's currently very OP. Trust me, there's no reason to pick either of the other starters. Between the three of them, you have two average performers, and one god tier warframe. That's why he's being nerfed. He's not new player friendly, he's a crutch character who's exalted blade makes all his other abilities and all weapons obsolete. There is no reason to use anything other than his ultimate, which is a bad thing to teach new players.
***** I'm telling you, he's not a little op, he's extremely op. If you can't effectively use exalted blade, then you either need better mods or you've just not built him well. Exalted blade probably has the highest damage output of any ability in the game by a good margin. A good exalted blade build can, in a few hits, kill enemies that would take ten radial javelins, even if your build was based around it. Javelin damage falls off very quickly in long survival, while EB can go for hours.
War frame could use a movie one day but to make maters crazy you may need a few ten no that's under a dark mind control for event out long edgy battles.
