I love Dan and Shinjiro's relationship here. I love when two people who can be annoyed with each other in the beginning bind together in the later part if the story. Not stagnantly switch back to just being annoyed with other. That's how we form healthy relationships.

Nah, bro, I'd rather have Moroboshi to have a little deeper voice and better acting. Shinjiro's is pretty spot on, and since the VA is everywhere for a young man voice. Moroboshi sounds like the MC's edgy rival who is in the same age as the MC here.

The one in the ultraman suit is the son of ultraman's host who's Genetic make up has been altered due to his dad being an ultra's host his dad also has the same abilities as well despite limited. Spoilers do not read. This is from the actual source manga. In the manga the ultra race has been either banished or extinct after the council attacked their homeworld and disabled their artificial sun that gave them their powers. Only the original ultraman is alive as for why the aliens and kaijus are no longer giants it was because the previous kaijus and giant aliens that ultraman once fought used a drug that increases their size and power. But too much dosage can cause them to lose any intelligence and will go feral and eventually leas to their own death. But later in the manga they will fight against giant monsters and aliens again.
