I am very happy to say that I have stayed at the M - it was very very nice, and I had a great dinner there. I have also been to South Point - Tina and I were able to go there the first time, because of a fabulous couple - Paula and Dale who gave us a tour of the facility, then took us to eat at a secret hidden place that we cannot reveal. It was a wonderful evening with you guys, and blessed you gave up some of your time for us. We have never been to the Antique Mall - it does look pretty cool. We have been to Silverton, and we had to check it out because of one of your previous videos - it is a really cool place. I ate at the diner in Silverton and did a video. It was fabulous. Bass Pro Shops is very cool. Sickies looks awesome, and I think we will be going there on our next visit to Las Vegas. Thanks for the cool video!

The Silverton! I was staying at South Point and not having a lot of luck there (that changed later!) so I decided to drive the short 3 miles over to the Silverton. What a place! Beautiful and the aquarium is special. The mermaid was performing.when I walked in and she was a kick. What I liked best was the casino was not as smokey as many others. Probably a better ventilation system and not a small thing for me post-Covid. Best part, Dale. Went into the high stakes room and sure enough: a wall of $1 keno machines. Put in less than $100 and walked out an hour later a very, very happy person. Even made Uncle Sam smile. Will be revisiting in October. Speaking of South Point: that line at the cafe is there for a reason. Wonderful, inexpensive food. Ate all of my meals there including some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Their breakfasts are superb too. I think you'd be impressed, Paula. Again, another wonderful video. Thanks so much.

Wow!!!! Better and better every week. The Silverton is my favorite. I could sit by the aquarium for hours. And the check in desk employees are the nicest. And bass pro shops is a big plus. You don’t have to be an outdoorsman to enjoy that place. Thank you for the tour of the antique mall. I’ve never been but have driven by a 100 x. Will definitely go there and to Sickies next time I visit my grandkids. ❤
For many years we have loved to stay at the M Resort. We greatly miss Studio B buffet and it still hurts that football has invaded. We just avoid Vegas during football (and now car racing) season. One of our recently added favorite restaurants in the area is not on the strip but it is delicious. It's. Called M ama Bird's southern kitchen. I recommend a chicken thigh and the hummingbird cake in a jar, but everything there that we have tried is wonderful. When we are in las vegas we have learned to target our favorite hangouts on the strip. We are very familiar with that stretch of road.You traveled in this video. Another favorite suggestion is not locally owned but also very good... Texas de brazil in the Town Square (North side) We cannot wait for the M resort to have it's new addition and we look forward to your featuring it.

Thanks for watching! In August 2005, we spent a wonderful 4 days in Idaho…stayed in Boise but drove up north along the Payette River to McCall one day, and east to Idaho Falls another day…attended a chuck wagon supper and a melodrama. We loved it all, and the people are SO nice!!

I’m a southern Californian who hasn’t visited in 5 years due to greedy resort fees, parking fees, $8 waters, overpriced food everywhere, overpriced rooms, on and on. I've been visiting LV for almost 40 years - with very little of that time spent off of the "main" part of the Strip. But I think South Point has got to be added to my agenda! Hopefully during one of the horse events! Thanks for this interesting & inspiring vlog!

I need to check out the antique mall. I collect antique glassware, and that might be a likely spot. My suggestion is in Town Square - Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge. It's one of our fave places in Vegas. Great food, wonderful service.
We still have never gone there, even though you recommended it a long time ago. A little pricey…we will have to save our pennies and go on a special occasion. 🥃🥃

I love your channel. I am a librarian in the midwest who is really on the fence about relocating to Las Vegas. I worry about making friends, but whenever I go to Vegas, people seem so friendly. It also seems like the best place to retire. Do you both know any transplants from other states who have moved to Vegas and made it their home? I don't knnow what the content would look like, but maybe a video geared towards people who are considering relocation--maybe something about Summerlin/Henderson area would be cool to see.

This is me and my families "coming into Vegas" routine! We love to stop at all these places. We often stay at the Cancun resort. Cracker Barrel is a favorite place for us to go because there is not one in our area. Great suggestions and well done video as always!

Southpoint, you asked when its ever not busy. Christmas morning 2019, long story why I was there, lol! Great vlog as always. My favorite casino is M Resort. As a Penn player, I always get comped rooms, food, and comped play. Their restaurants are pretty good.

I really really enjoy your Vegas and other places videos, but I don’t understand why people want to spend that kind of money to take a vacation in a construction zone. Is that place ever not under construction. I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for a construction zone room Walk along the strip? I started going to Vegas and 84 and I quit in 2010. It doesn’t intrigue me anymore. I loved the old Vegas and this is nothing like it at all now. I guess it’s all what you like to do to each your own . But you guys do a wonderful job. I enjoy you both. Keep up the good work.

I really really enjoy your Vegas and other places videos, but I don’t understand why people want to spend that kind of money to take a vacation in a construction zone. Is that place ever not under construction. I wouldn’t pay that kind of money for a construction zone room Walk along the strip?
I started going to Vegas and 84 and I quit in 2010. It doesn’t intrigue me anymore. I loved the old Vegas and this is nothing like it at all now. I guess it’s all what you like to do to each your own . But you guys do a wonderful job. I enjoy you both. Keep up the good work.
We certainly cannot disagree with your comments, and often when I drive to the Strip, I say the same thing - the endless ugly construction would make me choose to go elsewhere. In spite of all that, we sure appreciate you watching our channel anyway. 😊
