  • The kiddos are a bit older now, and that means a RETURN of the art livestream! In this video, we talk about what it means for the channel, and also discuss some "finishing touches" on a personal piece I made recently for a Magic: The Gathering portfolio project!
Let me know what you'd like to see, learn, or hear about on the livestream, which should be going live multiple times a week starting July 20th!
The stream will be live here on the RUclips channel, AND on Twitch, so watch wherever you enjoy your livestreams!

Looking forward to all the new stuff! Let me know, if you need a hand with anything. I got a fair amount of experience for streaming and making it as easy and as good looking as possible!

Hi Wesley! I'm loving the channel. I'm considering getting Rebelle 7 pro. I currently have been using Krita and Corel painter (got off the humble bundle sale!) but now I'm intrigued by how Rebelle has these hyper realistic systems like the different canvas options and paint physics etc. It's on sale now along with Flame Painter 4 and amber light. As a beginner do you think I should go with just Rebelle 7 pro or jump right in with all of them to take advantage of the sale? I love your energy and how you dive right into topics. Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much Greg, it's awesome to speak with you! So, I'd say if you're interested in what the other programs have to offer, go for it! They're a lot of fun to use, but 99% of my time is having a ball with Rebelle 7 Pro. I've used Flame Painter and Amberlight for some special effects (especially for Warhammer work), and afterwards I take those effects and integrate them into the painting using Rebelle. This gives everything a more cohesive feel (like it's all hand-painted), with the flexibility of having the "special effect program" handle the special effect itself, if that makes sense. Either way you choose, you'll have a blast! I'd love to hear your Corel Painter vs. Rebelle thoughts once you play around with it a bit!
