I have 1.3 ecotec jtd 75hp now on stage one is 106hp and 250nm the difference is massive the engine is z13dtj 2008 that is highly tunable engine and consumption is -14.6 less if you are easy on the gas pedal but it so fun the boost is from 1.7 to 3 thousand rpm
Mpg is still the same or a slight bit higher, but you're not going to save a lot of cash. I've had the remap for 100.000km now. The car is just a lot more pleasant to drive.
In the left video you nearly have a full fuel tank and in the right one less than half that's around 20kg's difference which for a car that makes this little power this could make a difference, not a big one but a difference... conclusion... no point spending money on this bs
@@tomshld How can i not know the difference? 1sec for £200 is a waste of money for £220 I remapped my 116d from 116hp to 183hp and it dropped 2secs of the 0-100. Stop putting money into shitboxes lol.. Now go an tuck your sheets in little guy
When you use the power of course it will use more fuel whats it gonna do generate more power out of thin air but when crusing it will generally be slightly better on fuel depending on the remap

the tank on the second run has less fuel in it so the whole car would be lighter and faster anyway

No it still takes some time when taking off before the torque is there. Torque is available 250rpm earlier though.
