Hi vlog channel, extras not included in the price are gratuities, alcoholic and specialty beverages, spa services and shore excursions. Activities on Disney's private island of Castaway Cay are included.

Saying “activities on Disney’s Castaway Cay are included” is misleading. The food, soft drinks, beach, loungers, water park, etc are all included as they would be on the ship, but you have to pay for equipment (like snorkel) rentals, tube rentals, parasailing, jet skis, and any other excursions as you would on any other port stop.
