If it's boss fight Omori, then he wins automatically since he can't be KO'd.

We know OMORI can't really permanately die by normal physical means unless if Sunny moves on from Mari's death and forgives himself. Even if it isn't boss fight OMORI he can't really die. (He stabs himself many different times in whitespace and then comes back later like it didn't happen.
